We ventured to Indimex for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant located on the popular Stones Corner Shopping strip.
From the outside Indimex is very vibrant, colourful and definitely stands out.
We started with the calamari entree and the three amigos dip which consists of corn chips, guacamole, salsa and a lentil dip! The guacamole was our personal favourite and definitely a hit with many other diners around us also enjoying the three amigos entree!
We also indulged in some cocktails and beers! The strawberry frozen margarita was our favourite and we enjoyed a couple of these as well as a vodka sunrise.
For mains we had the whole baby barramundi and chicken fajitas. The barramundi came out on a giant plate and included rice, pappadums and a delicious chutney. The fajitas came out on a sizzling hot plate and gave everyone else in the restaurant major food envy when they saw this dish and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The meal sizes were extremely generous and we got really excited that we could put the leftovers in a takeaway container and enjoy them again for lunch the following day!
After all of this food we were extremely full but knew we couldn’t leave without trying a dessert so we gave our stomachs 10 minutes to digest some food and then we devoured a chocolate brownie with ice cream. The chocolate brownie was presented so well and was a delicious moist brownie baked to perfection!
If you haven’t already dined at Indimex this is one restaurant you definitely need to try, we can’t wait to go back!
